This website (the "Site") is operated by Cedric Neuhaus, a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland ("we", "us"). The Site presents the persona "Lis Noa Belle" and links visitors to Lis Noa Belle's profiles on third-party platforms, including Fanvue. Lis Noa Belle is a virtual, AI-assisted persona — see the "Virtual Influencer" label on the homepage.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or to follow any link from it. We do not knowingly direct this Site at, or collect data from, anyone under 18.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this Site (including its newsletter sign-up or contact channels) to:

Submit, request, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors
Submit non-consensual intimate content or content posted without the depicted person's informed consent
Impersonate any person, brand, or organisation without authorisation
Send spam, phishing attempts, or malware
Harass, threaten, or incite violence against any individual or group
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party
Engage in any activity that violates applicable law

We may restrict access to the Site or the newsletter for anyone who breaches this section.

4. Child safety and CSAM reporting

We have zero tolerance for CSAM or any content that sexualises minors. If you encounter content of this nature associated with this Site, report it immediately to legal.lisnoabelle@protonmail.com with "CSAM Report" in the subject line. You can also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org, or to Swiss authorities via the National Centre for Cybercrime (NCC).

5. Copyright

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, contact legal.lisnoabelle@protonmail.com with "Copyright" in the subject line, including a description of the work, the URL in question, your contact details, and confirmation that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf. We review every report in good faith and will remove content where appropriate.

6. Third-party destinations

This Site is a bridge page. When you follow a link from it, you leave this Site and enter a third-party platform (such as Fanvue) governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy, over which we have no control and for which we accept no responsibility. We do not host, produce, or monitor the content on those third-party destinations.

7. No warranty & limitation of liability

This Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this Site is limited to direct damages, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, which cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts at the registered place of business of Cedric Neuhaus.
